This app finds all devices, which announce themselves over the HBM discovery protocol. By clicking a device card you can start the web application of that device. In addition you can see the details (mostly network specific) of the devices and configure their IP settings.
A plus is the ability to share the list of announced devices via email, cloud, etc.
